Global Mobility Grounded by Covid-19 Pandemic

The Q2 2020 Henley Passport Index (HPI) has just been released, further exposing the far-reaching consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic. The HPI reveals the passport power of every country in the world but in the current reality, global mobility is at an all-time low, with border controls tightening daily and almost half the global population in lockdown. Commenting on the latest rankings, Dr. Parag Khanna, bestselling author and the Founder and Managing Partner of FutureMap, predicts that once quarantines are lifted, more people across the globe will seek to relocate to ‘green zone’ countries that are better equipped to deal with crises.
